This formulation has been helping me immensely with my allergies. Hopeful it will help you too.
I feel it's important to note here, That upon flavor testing a real Kiwano I didn't get any of the aforementioned notes from the wiki. Banana and passion-fruit are both missed to my palate. Instead I get a nicely sweetened juicy cucumber with honeydew and a light watermelon. Hence the replication of this recipe.
